Yavanna Cubas Callero, Journalism and Film graduate, started her career in the music industry at Altafonte Spain and at a music band as a drummer at the same time. Longtime music enthusiast, that small taste of how the industry worked motivated her to continue searching her own space inside it. Nowadays, she is A&R and digital media manager for Everlasting Records, as well as press coordinator for Observatorio Festival. She is also developing her own project, Mestura, which serves as an impulse for Canary Islands’ artists to experiment with fusion methods between local folk and contemporary music.
