Biography

Paulina Parvanov is founder and CEO of soda. mit himbeer, a full-service artist development agency and record label based in Vienna, Austria. Her roster includes artists like Another Vision, Pure Chlorine and Kayomi. Her extensive experience in project management and long-term strategy development also led her to her current role as the conference manager at Waves Festival.  

With a background in journalism and public relations, Paulina is a natural communicator with an unwavering commitment to building strong and lasting relationships with her artists. Her passion for challenging existing structures is evident in her work as a co-founder of Music Declares Emergency in Austria. 

Paulina is an active board member of the Austrian trade association of independent labels and music publishers, where she dedicates her time to advancing the interests of independent labels.
