The EDI taskforce is pleased to invite you to a one-hour online roundtable linked to the Changemaker Award 2025, with a focus on the work of this year’s winner, MEWEM (Germany and France).
The session will be a discussion around leadership and talent development in the independent music sector, drawing on MEWEM’s experience and perspective. We are happy to welcome:
The discussion will be moderated by Eva Karman Reinhold, chair of the EDI Taskforce. The roundtable will build on ongoing discussions around leadership paths, supporting emerging talent & governance in independent labels.
