IMPALA has a task force that co-ordinates efforts to tackle the impact of the crisis on our members. This work includes a distinct website mapping responses in different countries as well as industry such as collecting societies and digital services. During the first wave, IMPALA published a crisis plan and a recovery package for members to use at national level, best practices by collecting societies and also governments. IMPALA also has a set of second wave recommendations due to the increased importance of co-ordination as the sector moves in and out of differing levels of restrictions across Europe.
