Ana Rita Vida Larga Feijão

 

Biography

Ana Rita Vida Larga Feijão started her personal journey in music as a classical musician and concluded the first year of graduation at Royal College of Music, in London. After this, she decided to continue in the field on the side of the music business area and concluded her degree in Public Relations and Business Communication in Lisbon. After an internship at AMAEI – Independent Music Trade Association in Portugal, Ana Rita was hired as project coordinator for WHY Portugal, the Portuguese music cluster and export office, where she worked for two year.  She continues to work on AMAEI and WHY Portugal projects, and, recently, Ana Rita Feijão opened her own label, Mermaids & Albatrosses, and embarked in the adventure of creating the first Portuguese digital distributor: Level:UP, affiliated with AMAEI and MERLIN – the global digital rights licensing body for the independent sector. Moreover, she continues to invest on her education, doing a Masters in Communication, Culture and the Information Technologies.
