We call on all independents to set aside 10 minutes for 10 questions. If you do one thing on diversity and inclusion before the end of the year, make it this!

Our mini survey has been introduced to make it easier for businesses to respond. Following feedback from members about a longer version that was issued earlier in 2021, IMPALA’s task force decided to revamp the whole survey.

Each country is different. IMPALA’s membership covers some 30 European countries and is growing every year. The situation varies by country across this diverse landscape. That means there is no “one size fits all” solution. 

Our aim is to understand the situation as regards diversity and inclusion in different countries and what tools exist or could be useful in the future. 

Surveying the sector is the first of twelve commitments in IMPALA’s diversity and inclusion charter released in October 2020.
