This year’s selection showcases groundbreaking talent chosen for their creativity, diversity, innovation, and impact—both commercially and culturally.

Featuring artists from 30 countries and covering a wide range of genres—from jazz to hip-hop, folk to electronic, pop to punk—this list is a celebration of the independent music scene’s richness and evolution.
